USANA logo

Everyone always asks where I get my energy! I’ve been taking USANA supplements and products since 2016.

It’s changed me!

Environmental Stewardship

I’ve been involved in our local salmon hatchery in Coquitlam, BC since 2016. I served at president for two terms and I’m currently the communications director.

Broombusters logo

In 2022 I formed a Coquitlam chapter of Broombusters. Each spring I lead the community in cutting the invasive, Scotch broom. Check out our Facebook page.

My Sports journey

I’ve been a dragon boat paddler since 2015. We’re a mixed 50+ team that trains out of Port Moody. Each year we host the Inlet Spring Regatta.

I started with Ultra Throw learning javelin, discus and shot put in 2016 and compete as a masters thrower. I have since added weight and hammer throw. Check out my World Masters Ranking.

MWSL Logo Metro Womens Soccer League

I started in soccer near 40 years of age when I lived in Grand Bahama. I helped form their Girls Soccer Program. When I returned to Canada, I joined MWSL with my eldest daughter. I play for the PoCo LPs in 30+ Div 2 Masters. I’ve played in Hawaii and the 55+ BC Games with my older soccer friends.
